3Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) qrpay4 account only. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same name, phone number, bank account number, IP address, or device information, are strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds forfeited without prior notice.

9Account Suspension and Closure
